About Me

"Hello, I'm Ishita. I am a trauma informed mental health professional with over 6 years of experience in providing counseling services to individuals of all ages and backgrounds.

I hold a bachelor's degree in psychology, a master's degree in Clinical Psychology, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology from Xavier's, Mumbai. I'm currently based out of Mumbai, Maharashrta. I am deeply empathetic, which allows me to connect with others without judgment or labels. Working with people is my passion and purpose in life, and I find it incredibly rewarding."
